Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience coordinating the development of multiple workload/workforces, overtime, material, contracting and travel courses of actions (COAs) in support of requests from Type Commanders (TYCOMs), Fleet Forces Command (FFC), NAVSEA, Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Department of Navy (DON) budget cycles. Experience coordinating and overseeing the NNSY's Capabilities Plan (CP) and Ship Maintenance Model (SMM), which budgets and tracks projected workload and workforce requirements for the next fifteen years. Experience providing data collection in order to track financial and direct/indirect workload and non-labor parameters, adherence to approved staffing projections, cost savings, and NNSY execution outlook for the year. Experience developing briefs to inform internal and external stakeholders. Experience developing and maintaining metrics for NNSY long-range strategic planning, which may include projections for workload, staffing, contracting, and non-labor requirements.
