Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Admin Operations Expert to support our busy principals with calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an EA, office manager, or senior admin and expertise in principal-level calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems like Concur, Expensify, Ramp.
Requirements
- 3+ years as an EA, office manager, or senior admin supporting busy principals
- Expertise in principal-level calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems like Concur, Expensify, Ramp
- Familiarity with corporate travel platforms such as Navan and TravelPerk
- Proficient in async communication operations
- Comfortable with admin artifacts: itineraries, agendas, expense packages, service tickets
- Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics
