About Our Client:

Our client, a growing educational and technology organization, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Instructor) to train and mentor students on effective sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and practical approaches to selling products and services successfully.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong industry experience who is passionate about teaching, coaching, and sharing real-world sales knowledge with aspiring sales and business professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions on sales principles, strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Teach students practical sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.
  • Share real-life sales experiences, case studies, and industry best practices with students.
  • Develop instructional materials, presentations, exercises, and practical assignments.
  • Guide students on lead generation, prospecting, communication, and sales conversion techniques.
  • Support students in understanding modern sales tools, digital selling, and customer engagement methods.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback to students.
  • Assist with curriculum improvement and training content development.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops, role plays, and practical sales simulations.
  • Stay updated on sales trends, customer behavior, and emerging sales strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in sales, business development, account management, or related sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating workshops is an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex sales concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Passion for teaching and helping students develop professional sales skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales training, coaching, or corporate learning environments.
  • Background in digital sales, online marketing, or e-commerce sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
  • Experience working with students, interns, or entry-level professionals.

Benefits

Part time. Pay depends on experience.
