Responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines efficiently to ensure timely placements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within a freelance or agency recruitment environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple openings and meet deadlines.
