Content Director

Overview Placement Type: N/A Salary $120,000-130,000 Salary Start Date May 4, 2026 The person in this role must have experience in the creator-led B2B or high-ticket space and has built or been a key player inside a content operation that scaled. The Content Director will build and scale the company brand across all content platforms. This is a deeply strategic and highly executional role: you own the entire process from idea to upload. Your north star is content that converts, not just content that performs. You'll manage production, lead platform strategy, direct vendors, and be in the trenches creating content that drives audience growth and real business results. You'll work directly with the CEO to bring both the company and their personal brand to life in ways that feel fresh and dialed into what the market wants. This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and think as clearly as they execute. What you'd own • Content strategy and execution across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook • End-to-end production: idea to script to film to edit to publish to performance report • Filming with CEO directly • Managing freelancers and vendors with clear, direct creative feedback • CEO's personal brand and the company brand moving in the same direction Who they are looking for: • 5+ years in content or video production.
