At FXW GmbH, we help companies streamline and automate their business processes using the Zoho ecosystem and AI-powered solutions. We work with ambitious SMEs across Europe to build scalable, efficient, and modern digital workplaces.
We're looking for a Zoho Consultant who enjoys understanding business processes and transforming them into practical Zoho solutions.
Location: Germany or Türkiye · Remote
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and business processes
- Design and implement Zoho-based solutions
- Configure Zoho One applications
- Lead customer workshops and onboarding sessions
- Optimize CRM, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations workflows
- Identify automation opportunities
- Work closely with our development team
- Support customers throughout implementation projects
Requirements
- Experience with Zoho One or individual Zoho applications
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent German (C1+) and good English
- Experience with CRM or ERP projects is a plus
Nice to have:
- Deluge basics
- API knowledge
- Business process optimization experience
- Project management experience
- Zoho certifications
