UX/UI Designer

UX/UI Designer: On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a UX/UI Designer for a 12 month contract. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton office. UX/UI Designer - Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the design and delivery of user-centred, visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will work on translating business requirements into effective digital solutions, contributing to both the design and front-end execution. UX/UI Designer - Responsibilities: • Translate business and user requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes • Apply user-centered design principles to develop effective and intuitive solutions • Conduct and support usability testing and validation activities • Design high-quality, visually consistent interfaces aligned with client brand standards • Develop high-fidelity designs with strong attention to layout, typography, colour, and hierarchy • Translate approved designs into responsive, functional digital experiences using Webflow or similar platforms • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility, performance, and scalability UX/UI Designer - Mandatory Skills: • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and high-quality visual design execution • Advanced proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma) • Experience working with Webflow (preferred) or comparable front-end/CMS platforms • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles • Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills UX/UI Designer – Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms • Experience designing for ecommerce or customer-facing digital products • Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems UX/UI Designer – Assignment Length: 12 months UX/UI Designer - Start Date: ASAP. UX/UI Designer - Assignment Location: Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.
