Groupe Dynamite is on the lookout for a UX Design Director to enhance its omni-channel experience. This role is essential in merging design with impactful marketing strategies in a digital-first world. As the UX Design Director, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to crafting memorable user experiences for both GARAGE and DYNAMITE. Your responsibilities will involve setting a comprehensive UX strategy, leading user-centric design, and maintaining a high standard of craft. You will utilize research and analytics to refine user journeys and maximize engagement across all platforms, positioning the brand as a leader in digital innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Create a cohesive user experience that supports business objectives • Mentor a skilled team of UX/UI designers • Manage the Design System for accessibility and consistency • Facilitate user research and experience testing • Improve design workflows for enhanced productivity Requirements: • 10+ years in digital product design; leadership experience needed • Solid portfolio showcasing UX and UI design solutions • Proven track record connecting design work to business metrics • Proficient in Figma and advanced design tools • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design/HCI or equivalently relevant Shape the future of fashion retailing through innovative user experiences at Groupe Dynamite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
