Sourcing Manager, Americas (Footwear and Accessories)

Quince is a tech company disrupting the retail industry by putting AI, analytics, and automation at the center of everything they do. They are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to join their team to focus on sourcing footwear and accessories in the Western Hemisphere.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing (focusing on footwear/accessories, leather goods), Procurement, or Supplier Management with major U.S.-based retailers.
• Established factory partnerships within footwear and accessories across the Americas (Mexico, Central America, South America, DR) and/or Asia (including India, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and China).
• Strong general management (GM) mindset, with experience in lean manufacturing, just-in-time (JIT) processes, and supply chain optimization.
