Senior Specialist, Retail Merchandising

The Retail Merchandising Specialist will execute and optimize retail merchandising campaigns across in-app surfaces and customer marketing channels. They will bring merchant, occasion, and category campaigns to life through store tiles, banners, item carousels, collections, and email creative, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve visibility and conversion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, marketing operations, or marketplace environments
• Experience executing campaigns or content placements within a content management system or merchandising platform
• Use data to evaluate performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
