By investing in our people, we create a long-term advantage for the business.</p> <h4><strong>About the Role:</strong></h4> <p>As Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting, you’ll lead recruiting across EMEA, guiding a high-performing team that helps Affirm attract exceptional Engineering talent and scale internationally. Your work will strengthen our global hiring strategy and enable the teams advancing Affirm’s mission.</p> <h4><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h4> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters by setting clear expectations, providing thoughtful feedback, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive team culture</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Own the recruiting strategy for EMEA, aligning regional hiring plans with business priorities and building the capabilities needed to support Affirm's continued international growth</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Partner with Technical and cross-functional leaders to translate hiring plans into scalable hiring strategies across teams and geographies</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Influence Director and VP-level stakeholders through recruiting data, market insights, and strategic guidance to inform hiring decisions, build alignment, and proactively mitigate talent risks</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Use recruiting analytics to identify trends, improve funnel performance, forecast hiring risks, and drive continuous improvement across the hiring process</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Collaborate closely with Talent Brand, Talent Operations, Compensation, and other People teams to deliver a seamless, consistent hiring experience</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Build trusted relationships with senior leaders through transparent communication, thoughtful partnership, and proactive talent advice</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and the candidate experience</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What We Look For:</strong></h4> <ul> <li style="line-height: 2;">10+ years of experience leading full-cycle technical recruiting, with a track record of hiring for engineering and other technical roles at scale</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Deep knowledge of the EMEA talent market, with experience hiring in the UK, Poland, and Spain preferred</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Experience developing and executing hiring strategies in new or emerging markets where recruiting infrastructure and talent networks are still being established</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, advise, and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Strong analytical skills, with experience using recruiting data and market insights to shape hiring strategies and influence business decisions</li> <li style="line-height: 2;">Proven ability to lead recruiting teams through organizational growth and change while maintaining high performance and delivering hiring results</li> </ul> <p><br>Pay Grade - N</p> <p>Equity Grade - 6<br><br>Employees new to Affirm typically come in&nbsp;<strong>at the start of the pay range</strong>. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.&nbsp;<br><br>Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc.
