Program Analyst (MWR Programs) NF-05

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Managerial or supervisory work experience of the caliber described above that demonstrates comprehensive analytical skills and acquired formal training in financial analysis and financial management systems. The work experience must be equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. Must possess good oral communication and writing skills. Strong organizational skills are required. Must be able to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively and present ideas and proposals to a variety of audiences. Knowledge of standard office software such as word processing, graphics presentation, spreadsheet and e-mail. Preferred are those candidates that process 4 years experience in MWR operations and / or financial management programs that provided a general knowledge of overall MWR operations and operational experience in hospitality operations, financial analysis, and budget operations. A Graduate degree in finance, accounting, or business is also preferred, however; adequate training and experience can be an acceptable substitute. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess at least 3 years of leadership experience in MWR Business Operations with demonstrated success in financial management, operational performance, and human capital management. Possess experience overseeing operations such as bowling, golf, food and beverage, bingo, or other Category B and C Community Recreation programs. Possess applicable training or certifications related to MWR Business Operations. Possess experience managing multiple programs simultaneously within a large, complex MWR organization.
