I support users by resolving defects or providing temporary work arounds to keep the application operational when needed, supporting users from simple to complex cases, and working mainly in the process related to the delivery of run-time service.What you will doSupport users by explaining system capabilities,handling questions, and solving incidentsResponsible for the delivery of integration solutions following common approved processes and ways of working of the product teamDevelop efficient integration solutions according to business requirements within a given time frameCombine and match business needs with integration solutions, as part of a product teamIdentify actual and potential software problems and provide analysis to the maintenance team according to Incident Management principlesFollow recommended Ways of Working with Incident & Knowledge Management systems for reporting and trackingPropose change sand improvement activities that make the application more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance costParticipate and contribute to the planning of application maintenance and enhancement activitiesAnalyse user problems in areas of responsibility and support business users with efficient usage of the API’sIdentify scope of automation in repetitive tasksContribute actively in relevant D& IT communities and bodies with respect to process improvements & best practice sharingKey responsibilities:We are looking for a Java integration developer to support our team with IBM Integration Bus (IIB)Tool knowledge.
