Experienced UX Designer - 100% Remote

Drive user-centered design as an Experienced UX Designer, working remotely from anywhere in Canada. Help shape products that engage and inspire users. We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer for a 12-month contract based in Calgary. Your role involves collaborating with a dynamic team to develop intuitive design solutions while mentoring fellow designers. You will structure design guidelines and processes, aiming for excellence in user experience across platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Design and mentor a team of UX designers • Collaborate with Managed Services partners for cohesive designs • Establish and uphold UX design standards • Effectively communicate design rationale to teams • Plan and conduct user research and usability tests Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of UX design experience • Strong portfolio featuring web and mobile solutions • Deep grasp of user-centered design methodologies • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD • Experience in the Agile development setting Bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to craft compelling user experiences that turn ideas into reality.
