The Role

We’re seeking entry-level representatives to connect with members, walk them through their benefit options, and provide ongoing service and support. This opportunity is perfect for those who value collaboration, clear communication, and professional development in a flexible, people-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

• Host virtual appointments (via Zoom/phone) to review benefit programs with members

• Work with teammates to achieve shared performance goals

• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and maintain strong client relationships

• Ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping

• Contribute ideas during team meetings to enhance client experience and streamline processes

What You’ll Bring

• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is an asset)

• Experience in customer service, sales, or team-based roles is an advantage (not required)

• Comfortable using Zoom and digital tools with strong attention to detail

• Excellent listening and communication skills — both written and verbal
