Backend Tech Lead (Remote, Contract)

We are looking for a Backend Tech Lead to join our remote team. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and experience in production systems. You will be responsible for defining architecture, delivering features, and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• Reliability, Security & Ops experience
• 3+ years building production systems
• 2+ years in a lead/ownership role
• Deep understanding of RBAC, session/auth flows, and security basics
• Comfortable with async/event-driven patterns
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
• Fluent Ukrainian and/or Russian language
