Software Engineers

The tasks involve code across multiple ecosystems. Candidates should be capable of reviewing and evaluating projects written in: * Python * JavaScript / TypeScript * Go * Rust * Java Responsibilities * Evaluate whether coding challenges are clearly defined, logically structured, and technically correct. * Ensure that automated tests accurately reflect the correctness and success of a solution. * Identify false positives by determining whether a solution that passes all tests genuinely solves the underlying problem. * Apply rigorous technical standards and consistent quality criteria across all evaluations. Ideal Candidate Profile This role is exclusively intended for Mid-Level and Senior Software Engineers with proven experience working in production environments. Technical Requirements * Demonstrated professional experience in software development and software architecture. * Strong familiarity with reviewing code written by other engineers (Code Reviews). * Advanced knowledge of automated testing, including an understanding of common testing limitations and failure modes. * Previous contributions to or experience working with Open Source projects. * Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and sound technical judgment. * Fluent English (reading and writing), as all project communication is conducted in English. Preferred Qualifications * Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or test design. * Experience working with large-scale or complex codebases and architectures. About the Role This is a specialized technical role focused on analysis and task-based work. The primary responsibilities involve validation, auditing, and technical assessment—not the production of new code.
