You'll own the daily operating rhythm of the business—forecasting, coaching, deal strategy, and execution—while creating an environment where people are challenged, supported, and inspired to do their best work.</p> <p>Success in this role requires more than commercial excellence. We're looking for a leader who develops people, builds strong cross-functional partnerships, and creates momentum during periods of change. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
