The team specializes in elegant grazing tables, boards, and boxes using organic, farm-to-table, locally sourced ingredients for events such as corporate meetings, weddings, baby showers, graduations, and celebrations. Menus are culturally inclusive and tailored to diverse communities, with custom orders available for a wide range of occasions. Al Maidah Grazerie provides travel-ready setups and serves clients nationwide, combining hospitality, intentional styling, and a strong sense of community. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role, The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain the company’s website on SquareSpace and related digital platforms to showcase services, menus, and event offerings. Daily tasks include developing user-friendly interfaces, implementing responsive layouts, optimizing site performance, and ensuring secure, stable functionality. The role also involves updating content, integrating online inquiry or booking features, collaborating with marketing to support campaigns, and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise. The Web Developer will work closely with leadership to align digital experiences with the brand’s values, aesthetics, and customer needs. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills to create responsive, visually appealing, and accessible user interfaces. • Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Programming skills to build secure, scalable, and reliable website functionality and integrations. • Candidates should possess solid Web Development skills to manage full website lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, and performance optimization. • Experience with modern web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks such as React or Vue, and server-side languages), as well as CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or similar), is beneficial. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with non-technical team members are important. • Familiarity with SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and basic UI/UX principles is preferred. • Previous experience in e-commerce, hospitality, or food services, and a commitment to ethical and inclusive practices, is a plus.
