You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized experience for the GS-13 is one year (52 weeks) of experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience applying knowledge of cloud technologies to develop strategic solutions aligned with organizational business objectives. AND Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and develop IT policies, standards, roadmaps, and architectural recommendations to senior leadership. AND Experience communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to influence organizational decision-making and ensure technology solutions comply with Federal cybersecurity standards. In addition to meeting specialized experience, individuals must meet proficiency levels in each of the following competencies: Attention to Detail Customer Service Decision Making Information Management, Interpersonal Skills Oral Communication Problem Solving Teamwork Technical Competence.
