This role seeks a native German speaker with C2 proficiency who will be instrumental in driving business growth and building strong relationships with our clients. With an attractive €70k OTE package, you will be at the forefront of redefining recruiting for GTM roles. Tasks

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as phone, email, and social media.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for targeting Gen Z talent and expanding the company's market presence in Germany.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to effectively tailor pitches and presentations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information regarding leads, prospects, and client interactions to ensure efficient follow-up and communication.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and webinars to build relationships with key stakeholders and enhance the company’s visibility within the staffing and recruiting industry.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in German (C2 level) with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and the ability to connect with Gen Z talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with clients and prospects.
