Accounting Manager

Epic Staffing Group is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage and coordinate complex accounting operations across functions or entities, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial reporting. The role will drive alignment across accounting activities and support audit readiness and compliance.

Requirements

• Seven years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-entity environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency with NetSuite and experience with general ledger systems
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Demonstrated experience managing complex accounting processes or multiple functional areas
• Experience supporting accounting system transitions or finance-related projects is a plus
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding the English language
