Service Delivery Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager / Senior Manager to lead end-to-end cloud migration and modernization initiatives across multi-cloud environments. The role requires a blend of technical acumen, program governance expertise, and leadership presence.

What You Will Do

Develop and own the end-to-end program roadmap for cloud migration and modernization, establish and manage program governance frameworks, lead cross-functional teams, and track and report on program health.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program/project management experience
• 5+ years directly in cloud migration or transformation programs
• Demonstrated delivery of large-scale migrations ($10M+ budgets) on at least two of: GCP, AWS, Azure
• Experience managing multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud environments with 500+ workloads or applications
• Track record of managing cross-functional teams of 20+ people across engineering, architecture, and business functions
• Experience with enterprise change management and organizational transformation
• Deep familiarity with cloud architecture patterns: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, serverless, containers
• Understanding of networking (VPC, VPN, DirectConnect/Interconnect/ExpressRoute), IAM, and security in cloud
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform/IaC, and DevOps toolchains
• Familiarity with migration tooling: AWS MGN, Google Migrate, Azure Migrate, Velostrata, CloudEndure, etc.
• Understanding of FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization levers
