Senior Systems Engineer, Corporate Engineering

At Vanta, we help businesses earn and prove trust. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will build and scale the systems that power the employee experience at Vanta, architecting decisions, developing scalable solutions, and enabling Vanta'ns to do their best work securely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Design, deploy, and maintain business-critical corporate systems and SaaS platforms.
• Build and configure AI-driven workflows and automations.
• Deploy and integrate AI capabilities into internal systems.
• Own and improve workflows, automations, and integrations across collaboration and productivity tooling.
• Partner with Security and IT Operations teams to implement and enforce policies, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Configure and support SSO, SCIM provisioning, and identity lifecycle integrations across applications.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex systems and platform issues.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Drive platform governance and best practices across enterprise tooling.
• Collaborate with vendors on escalations, roadmap discussions, and technical troubleshooting.
