Consultant, Senior (Customer Order Management)

The Senior Consultant is responsible for implementing Customer Order Management functions on Infor Consulting Services M3 implementation projects. This is a billable consulting role that plays a key role in project execution. Infor Consultants collaborate with clients to implement Infor software and recognized industry solutions, focusing on cost management, customer service improvement, and business process optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Order Management business processes within an ERP system
• Experience in multiple ERP implementation projects, with focus on Customer Order Management and/or Sales Order Management
• Experience in ERP implementations with direct client interaction, including facilitating client workshops
• Experience in the following industry segments: Food & Beverage, Distribution, or Manufacturing, with hands-on ERP configuration and process optimization
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to travel up to 75% throughout North America (US and Canada), based on project needs
