Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential IT customers.
• Join demo calls and assist in closing leads.
• Manage and update the CRM tool.
• Follow up consistently with prospects.
• Work with leads provided by the client.

Tools & Platforms Required

• Microsoft Office (Teams and Outlook)
• RingCentral
• HubSpot

Qualifications:

• At least 4 to 5 years experience in IT Sales industry
• Experience in Sales/Deal Closing
• Has experience in cold calling or outbound calling
• Has experience in doing Demo Calls

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
