You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-12 or equivalent performing duties such as: Advanced knowledge and ability researching and formulating drafts for substantive documents, including papers, reports, and policy regarding the application of law or policy in the areas of immigration, custody, or program oversight. Managing diverse business operations functions including procurement, acquisition and contract management resources, business operations, and resource management functions. Advanced level of understanding of Business Process Re-Engineering and/or Change Management principles to conduct highly complex analyses of business processes. Utilizing Business Intelligence Financial systems such as but not limited to PRISM, FFMS, and SharePoint. Qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
