PROCUREMENT ANALYST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Expert experience in business principles and technical knowledge of various program requirements in planning, managing and making recommendation affecting, developing and interpreting complex DoD procurement policies; expert experience in contracting laws, policies and procedures including contracting operations; contract types and contract requires; expert experience with various contract types, methods and techniques including cost, processing proposals, reviewing procurement requirements and counseling small business firms; expert experience with federal contracting laws and policies and varied requisitioning disciplines and acquisition process; and expert experience in administering a Small Business Program for a large government organization.
