MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in applying a wide range of assessment and improvement methods and tools supporting MSC's mission and transformation efforts. Experience in applying techniques used to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of programs and organizational processes. Experience in compiling and organizing information; developing and coordinating staffing papers and briefs and presents findings/recommendations to key management officials for decision. Experience in reviewing study objectives, determine requirements, plan, schedule, and conduct study projects. Experience in presenting and defending recommendations and conclusions, resolve conflict, and negotiate agreements.
