MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST (AGENCY REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT)

You may qualify at the GS-15, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service: Applies Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) and Functional Capability Board (FCB) processes and assessments, including knowledge of the processes used by the JROC and Joint Staff to evaluate, validate and monitor Joint Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF); Applies evaluative methods and techniques assess written materials to: research and analyze concepts; analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; extend existing principles to new and unusual applications; conduct innovative program evaluations; and prepare or approve materials on matters of importance for audiences of various levels of understanding and interest; Applies warfighting requirements across multiple strategic theaters to support agency capabilities meet the warfighting requirements of the combatant commanders; Plans, conducts, coordinates and evaluates complex long-range studies and develop technical analyses and recommendations; Utilizes military operations knowledge to include deployed operations at the strategic and operational levels. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
