Management Analyst

To qualify for a Management Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in, or related to, this position. To qualify for the NH-04 level, specialized experience must be at the NH-03 or GS-13 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes: Conducting independent studies related to Force Management, Force Structure (requirement and authorizations), and Force Development. Planning and programming of force organizational/structure requirements and authorizations, modernization of structure, and insuring resourcing for programmed actions are properly budgeted/executed in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Budget cycles. Leading or coordinating FMTS training to mission support staff in navigation and extraction of permission-based manpower and workforce management information. Justifying and defending force structure decisions during a variety of external, command and budget events in the Business Plan/PPBES cycle.
