Land Acquisition Team Member – Midland, TX

We're looking for a successful land acquisition professional to support real estate workstreams across multiple large-scale projects, land campaigns, and land acquisition efforts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate management, finance, economics, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in real estate, the energy industry, management consulting, finance, or a related industry
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise using Microsoft Excel or other modeling programs
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills
• Independent and self-directed
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, iterative, entrepreneurial environment
• Familiarity with land, environmental policy, law, or renewable energy
• Passion for renewable energy development
• Familiarity with Google Earth and GIS software
