Financial Management Analyst

You may qualify at the GS-14 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service Specialized experience is defined as experience: 1) Managing a complex workforce development or certification program, such as the DoD Financial Management Certification Program (DFMCP), to include developing governance policies, overseeing curriculum design, and ensuring quality assurance of educational content. 2) Providing expert analysis and strategic advice on policies and procedures related to federal workforce training, education, and professional development. 3) Exercising acquisition oversight for enterprise-level IT systems, such as a Learning Management System (LMS), including developing contract requirements and reviewing contractor performance. 4) Leading or directing digital transformation or business process re-engineering initiatives within a large organization. This experience must be clearly documented in your resume to be considered. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
