Key Responsibilities: • Gathering Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases and scenarios • Providing subject matter expertise within the technical (and some business) domain to support scope and requirement decisions • Be proven as a confident and creative problem-solver who can drive interaction with resources as well as working independently to research and resolve issues • Be a self-starter, able to work independently, with a willingness to learn without being reluctant to ask questions of either business or technology partners • Be a strong communicator with great communication skills *This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC or Jacksonville, FL*
