Position: Bilingual Italian Generalist Expert — AI Safety
Type:Contract
Compensation:$40–$44/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Italian across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure models handle sensitive topics effectively.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian, plus business-level written English.
• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

• Based in Italy or the wider Western Europe region.
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
