Controller

Controller position leading accounting operations and financial management functions in a services-based organization with strong background in legal, IT, or government contracting. The ideal candidate has experience with QuickBooks and Unanet, a proven track record of supporting audits and ensuring GAAP compliance, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior experience as a Controller
• Background in services industries (legal, IT, or government contracting preferred)
• Strong experience with QuickBooks and Unanet
• Proven experience supporting audits and ensuring GAAP compliance
• Hands-on experience with A/R and A/P functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-project financial environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
