Staff Engineer, CRM Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Requirements

• Total Experience 6+ years
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact/Data Designer.
• Good understanding of SQL for data queries, segmentation, and audience building.
• Experience in AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content creation.
• Knowledge of API integrations using REST and SOAP for Marketing Cloud integrations with external systems.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing marketing requirements and converting them into user stories and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, customer journey mapping, automation, and personalization strategies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Ability to define KPIs and success metrics for marketing campaigns.
