Sr. JDE Finance Fixed Assets

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced JDE Finance and Fixed Assets Lead with 15+ years of expertise in implementing, supporting, and optimizing JD Edwards (JDE) Finance and Fixed Assets solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of financial processes, fixed assets accounting, depreciation methodologies, and tax depreciation rules. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work closely with Finance leadership, including direct interaction with the Finance Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of JDE Finance and Fixed Assets modules.
• Work closely with Finance Controller and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive financial process improvements.
• Configure and support JDE Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Manage fixed assets accounting processes including asset capitalization, transfers, retirements, depreciation, and reporting.
• Provide expertise on tax depreciation rules, book depreciation, asset classifications, and compliance requirements.
• Lead workshops, solution design discussions, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience working with JD Edwards Finance and Fixed Assets modules.
• Strong expertise in JDE Financials including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Asset Accounting.
• Deep understanding of fixed assets processes, depreciation methods, and tax depreciation regulations.
• Experience leading large-scale JDE implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.
• Strong functional consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with Finance Controllers, CFO organizations, and senior business leadership.
