Role Description MW Media Management is seeking a freelancer or an experienced Videographer/ Photographer for a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This individual will film, photograph and oversee the editorial content creation and curation process, ensuring high-quality, compelling outputs tailored to our clients' needs. Key responsibilities include filming, editing, developing and implementing content strategies, proofreading materials, overseeing social media campaigns, and collaborating with marketing teams to meet project objectives. The role requires strategic vision, exceptional attention to detail, and someone who takes initiative. Qualifications • Strong Videography, photography and editorial skills • Expertise in Content Strategy, Content Creation, and Content Management • Own and manage MW's content calendar • Organize and maintain all media assets and archives • Track deliverables, timelines, and project status • Coordinate approvals with internal team and clients • Maintain consistent brand standards across all output • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment is a strong advantage
