People Business Partner

Karbon is seeking a People Business Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a true partner who is commercially sharp, proactively curious, and fluent in both the people discipline and AI tools redefining how great HR professionals work. The role requires a strong generalist background, experience with AI tools, and a genuine GTM domain fluency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience
• Genuine GTM domain fluency
• Proven ability to build credibility at a senior level
• Demonstrated ability to challenge leaders constructively
• Data fluency and hands-on fluency with AI tools and agentic workflows
• Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance
• Unquestioned integrity, high EQ, and personal maturity
