Patient Onboarding Associate- Call Center

Join Luna as an Onboarding Associate and be the first point of contact for new and existing patients, responsible for answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments with our network of physical therapists.

Requirements

• Office Admin experience, 1 year required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work in the US without restriction
• Must be able to work both days of the weekend
