ITAD Operations Associate

AppDirect is seeking an ITAD Operations Associate to join their Global Operations team. This role involves overseeing ITAD processing workflows, assigning and monitoring action queues, and conducting QA checks to ensure compliance with service level objectives.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in operations, data analysis, logistics coordination, or customer support
• Strong skills in Google Sheets (pivot tables, filters, lookups)
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, especially over Slack and email
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel
• Comfortable with structured SOPs, but proactive in suggesting improvements
• Experience with (or a strong appetite to learn) no-code automation tools like Parabola, Zapier, or similar
