Business Operations Analyst / Process Improvement

Business Operations Analyst We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support company performance through data analytics, reporting, and financial modeling. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and drive business results. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple data sources and functional teams. This position is primarily focused on performance tracking, reporting, and modeling in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The business operations analyst will be reporting into Manager, Business Analytics. Responsibilities Analyze financial, operational, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Build and maintain pricing, cost, margin, and profitability models for new and existing business. Develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track company and account-level performance. Deliver ad-hoc analysis for leadership, clearly communicating assumptions and key drivers. Consolidate and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Partner cross-functionally to gather inputs, align on metrics, and improve reporting efficiency. Qualifications Education/ Experience: ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field. ~3+ years of experience in business analytics, finance, pricing, or a similar analytical role. ~ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation, modeling). ~ Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. ~ Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools preferred. Travel: ~ Occasional travel required Pay & Benefits: Compensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this position is $69,900 to $87,400 annually. The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above. This range may be modified in the future.
