You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Key qualifying experience includes kennel operations, veterinary assistance, pet training, or shelter work, along with demonstrated skills in staff management, safety compliance, and customer service. Proficiency in animal restraint, identifying distress in animals, and administering medication. Ability to lift heavy objects (e.g., 50+ lbs), stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
