This role is critical to maintaining high-quality code, smooth delivery, and strong customer experience across Professional Services engagements. The ideal professional is a passionate Python developer who builds clean, reliable automation solutions, communicates effectively while prioritizing the customer experience, and thrives as a collaborative, adaptable team player in a fast-changing environment. This role reports to the Delivery Manager. ## Local Oportunidade 100% Remota. ## Requisitos - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Professional experience (2+ years) in Python development. - Relevant hands-on experience with automation or RPA projects. - Proven experience with Git version control system and GitHub Flow. - Solid understanding of APIs, data manipulation, error handling, and debugging. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to new business contexts. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients and internal stakeholders. - Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion, Slack. - Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team. - Portuguese - Fluent. - English - Advanced. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in professional services, IT consulting, or technical implementation. - Familiarity with BotCity tools. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment. ## Benefícios Competitive compensation.
