This person excels at identifying what's working in the US market and translating it for UK and German/French audiences; while also building the infrastructure to test, learn and scale independently. This person is energized by solving complex business problems, making high-judgment decisions in ambiguous environments, and turning insights into scalable, revenue-driving creative strategy.</p> <p>Success in this role looks like:</p> <ul> <li>Consistently identifying high-performing US creative and adapting it to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in UK &amp; DE/FR markets</li> <li>Owning the experimentation framework that enables the EU/UK team to move fast, document learnings, and scale winners while maintaining strong alignment with brand identity</li> <li>Serving as the primary creative liaison between UK &amp; DE/FR market needs and the US creative and production teams</li> <li>Improving win rates and spend efficiency through a rigorous, data-backed testing cadence</li> <li>Acting as a strategic partner to the Director of Paid Social UK &amp; Briefing</em></p> <ul> <li>Audit US creative performance regularly to identify high-potential concepts for UK &amp; DE/FR adaptation</li> <li>Brief the US creative team on market-specific adaptation needs; adjusting copy, tone, cultural references, pricing, and product focus for UK &amp; DE/FR audiences</li> <li>Commission net-new creative concepts where US assets are insufficient or market-specific angles are required</li> <li>Write clear, detailed high converting ad briefs for video, static, UGC, and other ad formats with UK &amp; DE/FR market context embedded</li> <li>Ensure all adapted and net-new creative aligns with brand identity while resonating locally</li> <li>Provide strategic feedback to designers and execute on feedback from leadership</li> </ul> <p><em>Experimentation &amp; Performance</em></p> <ul> <li>Build and own a structured experimentation framework for UK &amp; DE/FR paid social; covering hypothesis formation, test design, documentation, and results reporting</li> <li>Prioritise and manage a live test pipeline across Meta (and other channels) to continuously improve creative performance</li> <li>Analyse performance data in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker; translate findings into clear strategic recommendations</li> <li>Conduct consumer, competitor, and trend research specific to UK &amp; DE/FR markets to inform creative direction</li> <li>Identify winning patterns and codify them into repeatable brief templates and creative playbooks</li> </ul> <p><em>Cross-functional Collaboration</em></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the EU/UK creative point of contact for the US production and strategy teams</li> <li>Partner with the Director of Paid Social EU/UK on channel strategy, creative priorities, and growth planning</li> <li>Collaborate with Brand, Design, and broader Marketing teams to align creative output across channels including affiliate, CRM, and PR</li> </ul> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2753" data-local-id="9ae6a13b-2175-4a37-a4c2-5839b2f592ae"><strong data-renderer-mark="true"><span class="fabric-text-color-mark" data-renderer-mark="true" data-text-custom-color="#0747a6">Qualifications</span></strong></p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2769" data-local-id="46937c2f-d543-4fbd-b76c-3593c6541fb4"><strong data-renderer-mark="true"><span class="fabric-text-color-mark" data-renderer-mark="true" data-text-custom-color="#0747a6">Required:&nbsp;</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required</li> <li>5+ years of relevant creative and marketing experience</li> <li>Paid Social and/or Direct Response experience required, with strong Meta expertise</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working across markets; ideally including UK and/or DACH, with an understanding of how to adapt creative for different audiences</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make confident creative decisions</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write compelling briefs and copy across formats</li> <li>Experience managing creative testing frameworks and reporting on results</li> <li>Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple briefs, markets, and workstreams simultaneously</li> <li>Comfortable working across Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)</li> <li>Fluency in English required;
