Description

Verisma is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support commercial growth efforts. This role involves qualifying inbound leads, executing strategic outbound outreach, and driving engagement ahead of key industry events. Success is measured by meeting monthly meeting quotas and contributing to pipeline generation, with uncapped commission opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, preferred
  • 2 years of healthcare IT experience driving sales conversations
  • Proven experience in sales prospecting and desire to enter into a Sales Executive position in the future
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and cleanliness
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing team needs
