Louisiana Dual Licensed Remote Mental Health Therapist

Marvin Behavioral Health is a company that provides teletherapy to healthcare professionals, addressing their unique mental health challenges. They are looking for a remote mental health therapist to join their clinical team.

Requirements

• Dual licensed clinician with independent licensure in Louisiana as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
• PLUS a license in one of these states: CA, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA, WV.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
• Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders
• Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week
• Comfort delivering therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace
• Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools (i.e. PHQ-9) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes
• Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method
• Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care
• Passion for supporting the mental health of healthcare workers!
