HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT)

You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Expert knowledge of advanced Human Resources (HR) principles to develop and interpret policies, and serve as a senior policy expert on complex and controversial issues. Mastery in compensation, staffing, workforce shaping, and classification functional areas to advise on pay administration, premium pay, leave, salary rates, hiring authorities, workforce shaping efforts, classification, and employment incentives across the Department's personnel systems. Skill in applying a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to design and conduct comprehensive HR projects that address complex workforce challenges.
