Deghost is a job listing aggregation and verification platform. We collect job postings from third-party sources, analyze them using automated signals, and present them with verification scores. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of third-party job listings.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features such as bookmarking jobs, voting on companies, and leaving comments. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service without permission • Attempt to circumvent any security measures • Use the Service to post misleading or fraudulent content • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service • Impersonate any person or entity

5. User Content

Comments, votes, and other content you submit remain your responsibility. By posting content, you grant Deghost a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Third-Party Content

Job listings displayed on Deghost originate from third-party sources. We aggregate and analyze this data but do not control the original listings. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party job postings. Verification scores are automated assessments and should not be taken as guarantees. If you are a company representative and believe information about your organization is inaccurate, you may request a review through our company claim process or contact page. We aim to address correction requests promptly.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ghost job detection is based on automated heuristics and may not be 100% accurate. A high verification score does not guarantee that a position is legitimate, and a low score does not necessarily mean a listing is fake. Always exercise your own judgment when applying to jobs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Deghost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost time spent on job applications, missed employment opportunities, or reliance on verification scores.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
